Grievance Redressal Mechanism
In case of any grievance or complaint, investors may follow the escalation path below. We are committed to resolving all complaints within 30 days of receipt.
Approach Alfaview Trading Research Pvt. Ltd. first. We aim to resolve all complaints within 30 days. Our Compliance Officer is your primary point of contact for grievances.
If your complaint is not satisfactorily resolved, lodge it on SEBI's SCORES portal — a centralised, web-based complaint redressal system. SEBI coordinates with the concerned intermediary for timely resolution and provides status tracking.
For further escalation beyond SCORES, investors may use the SEBI-mandated Online Dispute Resolution portal for structured resolution proceedings.

Pay careful attention to disclosures made in each research report before making any investment decision.
Pay your Research Analyst only through official banking channels and maintain signed payment receipts.
Before acting on any recommendation, check the research report provided and ask all relevant questions to clear your doubts.
Inform SEBI immediately about Research Analysts offering assured or guaranteed returns.
Do not provide funds for investment to the Research Analyst. RAs do not manage client money.
Don't fall prey to luring advertisements, unverified market rumors, or social media tips.
Do not get attracted to limited-period discounts, gifts, or incentives offered by any Research Analyst.
Never share your trading or Demat account login credentials, passwords, OTPs, or PINs with any Research Analyst.
