Refund Policy
This Refund Policy governs subscription cancellations and refund requests for research services provided by Alfaview Trading Research Private Limited. Please read this carefully before subscribing.
General Refund Terms
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for the paid period of services already availed by the client. Complaints or dissatisfaction regarding the quality of services during the paid period shall not entitle the client to any refund or compensation.
⚠ Important: Research recommendations are subjective analyses. Dissatisfaction with the outcome of individual recommendations does not constitute grounds for a refund, as investment results depend entirely on market conditions and the client's own decisions.
SEBI-Mandated Refund (Unused Period)
As per SEBI guidelines, if a client requests to cancel the subscription, a refund shall only be issued for the unused portion of the subscription period. The refund will be calculated on a pro-rata basis, deducting:
- Charges for the services already availed
- Applicable taxes (GST and any other statutory levies)
- Administrative processing fees
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will NOT be provided in the following circumstances:
- For the period of services already availed, irrespective of client satisfaction
- Based on the outcome, profitability, or loss from acting on any research recommendation
- If the client fails to access recommendations due to their own technical issues
- For free trial periods or demonstration services

Client Acknowledgment
By subscribing to our services and making payment, the client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to this refund policy, as well as the disclaimer, disclosure, and other terms mentioned on our website.
